During refilling process, as the ink is filled starting from the print head to upwards, there is left no blank space between the sponge and the print head. In other words, just after refilling the cartridge, you can immediately start to print your documents without any unexpected problem.
This process is also called as priming the print heads.

MIS Deluxe Omega ink cartridge refill machine has the following features;
- Refills all black and color cartridges
- Refills cartridges from HP, Lexmark, Canon, Epson, Xerox, Dell, Samsung, Panasonic, Olivetti, Brother, Oki, Apollo, Sharp, and the others.
- Vacuum chamber can be used to refill and clean ink cartridges at the same time
- Thanks to superb "Vacuum Filling" technique, the original ink volume can be filled precisely. In other words, if the original ink volume is 10 ml, then you can refill 10 ml, definitely and precisely.
- Refills 5 cartridges and cleans 3 cartridges, at the same time.
- While refilling, there is left no air inside the foam of the cartridge and ink is spread throughout the foam or sponge.
- Again, thanks to superb "Vacuum Filling" technique, there happens no ink leakages and the shelf life of the final product is prolonged. Problems in transportation are taken away, as well.
- Thanks to its superior cleaning feature, cartridges can be cleaned without the need of any advanced cleaning equipment such as ultrasonic device or centrifuge machines.
- It is very easy to operate and teach the use of the machine. An inexperienced user can start to use the machine in approximately 30 minutes.
